Pricing depends on your specific needs: number of pages, the custom design, features (blog, reservation, e-commerce), and what type of ongoing maintenance is needed. I’ll give you a detailed estimate once I understand your goals and requirements.
For reference, a typical small business site design (5-6 pages) will start at $1000 for a one-time fee, with addition monthly cost for updates, maintenance, and hosting.
After launch, I offer ongoing care and maintenance. That includes site updates, security, performance monitoring, backups, and minor edits — so you don’t have to worry about any of the technical details.
Aside from hosting fees, system and plugin revisions, security updates, performance monitoring, backups, maintenance covers any minor edits you want to the website.
These include (but are not limited to): editing text, fixing typos, updating FAQ or policy info, replacing images, adjusting color and typography, rearranging sections for better visual hierarchy, tidying up responsive layout issues, adding simple new pages and removing outdated ones, updating business hours or posting seasonal announcements, etc.
For annual plans, if you choose to cancel before end of the pay period, I will reimburse you the difference as if you paid the monthly non-discounted rate.
i.e. For a small website, if you paid the annual rate of $1000 ($83.33/mo) instead of $1200 ($100/mo) and you cancelled at 6 months, I will charge the 6 months with me as $100/mo, totaling $600, and then reimburse you the difference $1000 – $600 = $400.
